My life calling is three words: HELP THEM SEE. My greatest joy is when I see the lightbulb go on over someone’s head. It means they understand something they didn’t before. It means they “get it” whatever that “it” is. If you are stuck, confused or disheartened, I believe you CAN make progress even when your circumstances don’t change. I want to collaborate with you to help you process AND make progress. No judgement, just encouragement.
At my best I am a situational sounding board. I believe in verbal processing and white paper discovery. Some people are paralyzed by a white sheet of paper. I’m energized. I see possibilities and often the next best steps surface into creative solutions.
