Day 14 of 31: Lets go to Bama! (and I don't mean Roll Tide)
About the time I embraced the "sure-footed" portion of this verse I was reminded what God was making me sure-footed for... the heights. While that sounds glorious for some like some scene from the Sound of Music, the heights are a little more than that.
Day 8 of 31: The enemy you see today...
The day we started #adifferentmarch I found out that most of March 2017 is called "Adar" in the Hebrew calendar. It captured my attention so I did a little research. I found out Adar is the month of "strength and power-a month to increase in joy". I. KID. YOU. NOT.
Day 7 of 31: Lower your shield
One of the things I have used in the past to shield myself from hurt has been offense. Three years ago today, my good friend, Lisa Goodwin introduced me to a book called, “The Bait of Satan: Living Free from the Deadly Trap of Offense” by John Bevere. I asked Lisa to guest post today.
Day 5 1/2 of 31: Whoa there, sister! (BONUS)
As I glance through #adifferentmarch blogs words like weakness, defenseless, dying, vulnerability, stripping have taken center stage so far. You may have wondered when we're getting to the marching/fighting/taking territory part.
